01

Invite

The agency invites the student from its desk. The student opens a link on a phone; no account is made unless they want one.

02

Fill in

The student completes only the fields a program asks for and uploads only the documents it needs. Under 18? A guardian approves from a link.

03

Review

Every package is checked for completeness before it leaves. Anything missing comes back to the file, not to an inbox.

04

File

The agency files once, to the college. The package arrives complete, named, with the agency and the student on it.

05

Decide

The college records offers, conditions and enrolment as events on the file. Every letter carries the college’s name.

06

Enrol

Conditions are cleared on the file, the student downloads letters as the college sends them, and the agency and the family see the same status.

// On the record

Every action on a file is an event with a time and a name: who asked, who answered, what changed. Nothing is sent twice and nothing is lost in an inbox.
